OLLU hosting Leadership Development Series for CPS Energy

Leaders from CPS Energy recently participated in a month-long development series at OLLU sponsored by the Department of Leadership Studies. The Leadership Development Series is designed to increase each leader’s self-awareness and leadership abilities in areas such as emotional intelligence, strategy and organizational culture.

The first cohort completed the series last month and the second cohort will begin in mid-August.  A total of 250 mid-level and executive leaders will complete the development series over the next year.

“We are excited to partner with CPS Energy on this initiative,” said Dr. Esther Gergen, department chair for Leadership Studies. “This is a great opportunity to showcase our faculty and curriculum with the business community.”
