Psychology department celebrates accreditation of master’s program

The San Antonio Association for Marriage and Family Therapy met at OLLU on April 21. Laurie López Charles, assistant professor of Psychology, gave a presentation titled “Trauma-Informed Family Therapy: Respecting Resilience and Building on Strengths.”

At the meeting, more than 50 practitioners, faculty, students and alumni celebrated the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education’s accreditation of the OLLU Master of Science degree in Family, Couple and Individual Psychotherapy.
