OLLU women’s soccer repeats as RRAC Tournament champions for a third consecutive year


For the third consecutive year, the women’s soccer team has been crowned the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Tournament champions. The Saints defeated tournament hosts, University of St. Thomas, 1-0 in the championship game Friday afternoon at the Houston Amateur Sports Park. Head Coach Arthur Salazar said, “It feels great. The girls worked hard and left it all on the field. St. Thomas is a very good team and they deserve a lot of credit for a hard fought game, but I’m just pleased that our girls were rewarded for their effort.” Read full article online.
