Architectural design and planning for OLLU’s new 234-bed, apartment-style residence hall on the east side of campus is nearing completion, and construction is set to begin this summer. The building, which includes kitchens in each unit, is set for completion before the fall 2017 semester begins. Safety fencing around the construction site will impact parking. Expanded and new parking options will be announced in Lake Weekly before construction begins. A formal groundbreaking will be held when students return this fall.
