When using a University-issued mug, full-time employees are entitled to free coffee, tea or carbonated fountain drink twice each workday in the cafeteria during normal operating hours. This benefit is also available with the purchase of a lunch entrée. Employees must provide their University-issued ID card to receive this benefit.
Below is the update on changes in regards to the beverage benefit:
- A disposable cup may be purchased for 25 cents
- Use of a cup larger than 16 ounces is subject to a 50 cent up charge
- After the daily benefit of two drinks has been used, drinks will be charged at the regular price of $1.70 (medium) and $2.26 (large)
- Coffee dispensed from the NesCafe machine will no longer be included as part of the benefit. NesCafe coffee price is $1.89 per cup (effective Aug. 29, 2016).
