Dr. Hinojosa honored as Woman of the Year by City of Mercedes

The Mercedes Chamber of Commerce in the Rio Grande Valley has recognized Barbara Baggerly-Hinojosa, PhD, assistant professor of leadership studies, as Woman of the Year at the annual Mercedes Chamber awards banquet

In addition to being a professor at OLLU, Dr. Baggerly-Hinojosa is the founder of Leadership Empowerment Group, a leadership development training consulting firm, and the publisher of the Mercedes Enterprise newspaper.
