OLLU has partnered with the West San Antonio Chamber of Commerce to launch the Líder Academy leadership program.
The inaugural class will be limited to 20 participants who will go though a leadership, business and community-based curriculum, developed by Ester Gergen, PhD, chair of the OLLU leadership studies department.
Those who successfully complete the program will earn three credit hours toward a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree at OLLU. This is the only chamber of commerce-led leadership program in San Antonio to offer college credit.
Classes will meet for a half-day every Friday beginning on Oct. 20 with break during the week of Thanksgiving. Classes will finish Dec. 15.
