PhD candidate to present research at international conference

Ray Martinez, OLLU PhD student and Blackboard administrator, will be presenting his doctoral research at the Academy of Business Research Conference being held in San Antonio this week. Martinez’s study, “Analyzing the Relationship Between Adolescent Family Structure, Leadership Virtues, and Life Satisfaction,” investigated the effects of a single and dual-guardian adolescent family structure on self-reported leadership virtues and satisfaction with life.

The Academy of Business Research (ABR) is an international society of scholars and practitioners who exchange ideas and collaborate in a conference setting. In the last decade, ABR has had participants from all 50 states and 49 different countries.
