Six university employees retired at the end of 2020 after almost 100 years of combined service. OLLU expresses its gratitude for their hard work and devotion.
The longest-serving employee, Facilities Management Office Manager Elva Sanchez, retired after 36 years. The second-longest serving employee, Ramona Solano, retired after 23 years as a housekeeper.
OLLU also wishes to thank clinical counselor Richard Keilholz for 15 years; Student Business Office Director Carmen Ramirez for 14 years; Houston Campus Director Melinda Kirtley for six years; and switchboard operator Nina Gutierrez for five years.
