A Campus Climate Survey was administered to the OLLU community in Fall 2020. Faculty and staff are invited to hear the survey results during two WebEx sessions offered on Wednesday and Friday.
Renelinda Bressler, PhD, associate professor of sociology, and Madi Taber-Smith, director of assessment and accreditation, will present a summary of key findings. After the presentation, there will be a facilitated discussion related to suggestions for improvements that can be made as a community, based on the findings discussed.
Faculty and staff are welcome to attend one or both sessions. Similar results will be presented, but the discussion about improvements will be unique, depending on who participates in the meeting. A separate presentation and discussion will be held for students.
