The Human Resources Office will be providing training on the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for faculty and staff.

- Employee responsibilities for FMLA leave
- Supervisor responsibilities under FMLA
- Who is authorized to contact the employees’ primary care physician?
- Pay and FMLA
- Employee’s return-to-work options under the FMLA
- OLLU’s Extended Leave of Absence Policy
- Employer actions prohibited by FMLA
Training sessions will be held the following dates and times:
- Tuesday, Nov. 17 – 9-10 a.m. – Main Building, Room 311
- Wednesday, Nov. 18 – 12-1 p.m. – Main Building, Room 211
- Thursday, Nov. 19 – 3-4 p.m. – Library Community Room
