The Human Resources Office has released the 2016 official University holidays. In addition to the days noted in the document, President’s Council has approved a recommendation from the Staff Advisory Council for additional days off during the 2015-2016 academic year to include:
- Monday-Wednesday, March 21-23 (during spring break week)
- Thursday, March 24 (Holy Thursday)
If an employee is not working, not on paid vacation leave, or not on paid sick leave immediately before the holiday or immediately after the holiday, he or she is not eligible to receive pay for these holidays.
