Joe Jackson became the quickest player in OLLU history to score 1,000 career points, and the Saints defeated the Jarvis Christian College (JCC) Bulldogs 88-69. Jackson came into the game needing just four points to reach 1,000 and scored it on a free throw early in the first half. He finished with 11 points and three rebounds, tying the OLLU record for career rebounds with 435. With the win, the No. 25-ranked Saints are now 14-6 for the season and 9-4 in Red River Athletic Conference play. The Bulldogs fall to 11-10, and 3-9 in conference. Travaughn Barber led the Saints with 17 points on 7-for-12 shooting and grabbed six rebounds.
