Women’s basketball extends winning streak to 19 after win over LSU-Alexandria


Season-high scoring from Alyssa Ward (JR/Palmeto, Fla.) and LaQeisha Brown (JR/San Antonio, Texas) guided the women’s basketball team to an 88-70 win over LSU-Alexandria (LSUA). The win keeps the NAIA’s No. 3 Saints undefeated in the Red River Athletic Conference with an 11-0 record and 19-2 overall. The Saints’ 19-game winning streak is the best in the NAIA.
