Athletes received NAIA Scholar Athlete recognition

Baseball’s Darius Patton was named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete by the NAIA. Track and Field’s Ione Rodriguez and Jocelyn Trask, as well as Golf’s Christopher Schriedel, also earned recognition. Criteria to be selected are a minimum GPA of 3.5 and junior academic status. Patton earned a 3.70 GPA. Rodriguez had a 3.77 GPA, Trask a 3.85 GPA and Schriedel a 3.52 GPA.
