Students and alumni will represent OLLU during the Fiesta Flambeau Parade to be held April 9 downtown after two years without a parade due to the pandemic. During OLLU’s last appearance in the 2019 Rock and Roll themed Flambeau Parade, the university won three awards for its float dedicated to the musician Price. The float received First Place in the Community Category, First Place among marching units and the President’s Award in the Special Awards Category.
This year’s parade theme is “Celebrating Literary Classics.” The OLLU community is encouraged to attend and cheer on the OLLU crew. OLLU’s float is being created by the University Events Office.
