Students, faculty and staff volunteers are needed to assist with OLLU’s Confetti 5K Run and Walk set to take place on campus April 2.
The following areas need assistance:
▪ Packet Pick Up Day of Race from 6-9 a.m.
▪ Lost and Found from 7-10:30 a.m.
▪ Vendor Assistance from 7-11 a.m.
▪ Team Command Center from 7-11 a.m.
▪ Volunteer Check in Tent from 7-11 a.m.
▪ Information Table located at packet pick up area from 7:30-11 a.m.
▪ BBQ Sausage Booth from 7:30-11 a.m.
▪ Traffic Control Race Route on Sister Isabel Way from 8-10:30 a.m.
▪ Traffic Control Race Route on Commerce Street from 8-10:30 a.m.
▪ Traffic Control Race Route on 19th Street from 8-10:30 a.m.
▪ Kids Run from 8-9 a.m.
▪ Water Station Mile 1 from 8-10:15 a.m.
▪ Water Station Mile 2 from 8-10:15 a.m.
▪ Water Station Finish Line from 8-10:15 a.m.
▪ Finisher Medal Distribution from 8-11 a.m.
▪ Confetti Popping Team from 9-10:30 a.m.
▪ Breakdown from 11-11:30 am
All volunteers will receive an official Confetti Run T-shirt and access to activities.
