The OLLU baseball team faced Midland University in a four-game series on Friday and Saturday. The Saints won the series 3-1 and move to 10-9 on the season. Midland is now 2-9 this season. The doubleheaders were seven innings for the first game and nine innings for the second game.
Head Coach Bryan Aughney said, “It was good to win the series 3-1 before we begin conference play next weekend. We pitched great all weekend and I was pleased with that. In the games that we won we managed to manufacture some runs and do enough to win.” Read full story.
