Congratulations to Northside Independent School District (NISD) biology teacher and double alumna Amanda Mendoza (MEd 2021, MAT 2023)! Harlan High School has named her “First-Year Educator of The Year.”
Before starting at Harlan, Mendoza was a long-term substitute teacher in NISD and a long-term substitute at IDEA Public Schools.
