W2’s Now Available Digitally on Employee Self-Service

If employees have given electronic consent, their W2s for calendar year 2024 they are now available in Employee Self-Service.

Access to Employee Self-Service is available through the Saints Connect dashboard which is online at saintsconnect.ollusa.edu. On the Saints Connect dashboard, visit the Employee Self-Service card and select Tax Info. Detailed instructions to access your W2 in Employee Self-Service are available online.

OLLU will NOT mail out W2s to current employees who have given W2 electronic consent; employees will have to print their W2s from Self Service.

If electronic consent has NOT been given, W2s will be mailed to the address on file with Human Resources. W2s cannot be picked up by current or former employees; the W2s were mailed and postmarked Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025.

Payroll will address requests for re-mailing of W2s AFTER Feb. 7, 2025. Please contact payroll@ollusa.edu after this date if you have not received your W2 in the mail.

If you have questions about your W2, please contact payroll@ollusa.edu.

Join OLLU for Annual Martin Luther King Jr. March

OLLU staff, faculty, and alumni are invited to join us at the 38th Martin Luther King, Jr. March and Celebration on Monday, January 20th.

The pre-march program begins at 8am, line-up begins at 9am, and the march will kick off promptly at 10am.

Free VIA bus services to the March will run from 8am-10am and again from 12pm-3pm from Freeman Coliseum and St. Phillip’s College.

OLLU will be lined up with the other colleges/universities from the city, so look for the OLLU flag and banner. This march is the largest in the nation and a great opportunity to stand in solidarity and celebration with our local and national community. Marchers are encouraged to wear warm, but comfortable clothing (a great opportunity to show off those OLLU hoodies)! For more information: MLK March – City of San Antonio

Last week to take leave before ‘use-it-or-lose-it’ date

Staff employees are reminded that there is a one-year, carry-over limit on accrued vacation time. The “use-it-or-lose-it” date is Dec. 31. This is the last week before the Christmas holidays to take leave before the “use-it-or-lose-it” date.

Employees cannot carry over beyond this date more than the number of annual vacation days for which they are currently eligible. If work or medical conditions prohibit the employee from taking their accrued vacation by Dec. 31, the chief administrator of that division can request an extension of one additional year. The chief administrator and the employee must make every effort to schedule and use the accrued vacation in the coming year as additional extensions will not be permitted.

Contact a Human Resources team member or call 210-431-3970 for more information.
