OLLU 2016-2017 benefits open enrollment for staff ends Aug. 17

Staff must enroll online even if previously enrolled

All benefits-eligible employees are required to complete enrollment forms online during this year’s open enrollment period that runs through Wednesday. Even if employees have enrolled in the past, they are required to complete the online forms. The forms are available in the myOLLU portal via WebAdvisor. A tab labeled “Online Benefits Enrollment” is visible in WebAdvisor. It will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 17.

The Benefits Open Enrollment period provides benefit-eligible employees the opportunity to start, change or end benefits which become effective Oct. 1, 2016, with the exception of medical and dependent care reimbursement plans, which begin Sept. 1, 2016.

Anyone needing assistance in completing the online enrollment forms is encouraged to attend one of the following meetings which will take place in Main Building, Room 211. During the meetings, computer access will be available and staff will be on hand to assist with the enrollment. RSVP is required to ensure computers are available for all who attend.

Anyone who does not have access to WebAdvisor is encouraged to visit the Help Desk located on the second floor of the Walter Student Service Center for an ID and password. Access to WebAdvisor is required for online enrollment.
