OLLU’s online health care and counseling provider/vendor was recently purchased by a new company. The Virtual Care Group is now Uwill. Beginning today, students should access online health and counseling services through the following website: https://medical.uwill.com/
Students can seek in the moment emotional support from counselors or seek urgent medical care 24/7/365 through Uwill. Students can also make scheduled counseling sessions or medical visits. Psychiatric referrals may also be available upon consultation with the Counseling and Wellness Services Director, Karen D’Armata.
• If you have any issues with registration, call Uwill’s Customer Support at 866-533-1827.
• If you have previously registered with The Virtual Care Group, you will not need to re-register with Uwill. You should still be able to access the portal, it will just be re-branded as Uwill.
