Learn about available assistance in purchasing health insurance

 The OLLU Center for Women in Church and Society, in collaboration with the Texas Organizing Project, Get Covered America, the Martinez Street Women’s Center and the Neighborhoods First Alliance, is hosting “Sign Up and Speak Out!” Saturday, Sept. 7, from noon-3 p.m. in the Library Community Room. This informational session will educate attendees about a new program that will offer Texans assistance in purchasing healthcare insurance.

Guest speakers at the event will include State Senator Leticia Van de Putte and State Representative Trey Martinez Fischer. The event is free and open to the public.
