Alexandra Wilborn was named Red River Athletic Conference Co-Libero of the Week for the dates of Sept. 16-22. She shares the award with Diana Castaneda of Wiley College. Wilborn is the first Saint to be named “Libero of the Week” since 2010, when Sarah Lindsay received the honors twice that season. Wilborn, a freshman defensive specialist from San Antonio, collected 33 digs in the hard-fought loss to the University of St. Thomas and 18 in a defeat at the hands of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She had just one receiving error in 28 attempts as OLLU slipped to 6-6 on the season.
