The women’s basketball team cruised through a 39-point win over Paul Quinn College on Saturday. The 82-43 win moves the Saints to 11-1 overall and remain 2-0 in the Red River Athletic Conference. Paul Quinn, a member of the Red River but ineligible for the post-season, drops to 0-8. Sequestiny O’Neal, Nelly Flores and Destiny Melton led the Saints’ offense as all scored in double digits. O’Neal scored a career-high 20 points, including career-high field goals made and attempted (8-17) and 3-pointers made and attempted (4-6). She also added a career-high three assists and tied a career-high five rebounds.  Flores scored a season-high 18 points and added a career-high 18 rebounds to finish with her third career double-double. Melton matched her season-best 10 points and added a career-high 19 rebounds to finish with her first double-double.
