The English department is sponsoring a University-wide Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness about Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The challenge will take place on Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. and Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in the Mall Area.
The challenge is meant to raise awareness for ALS, to raise money for ALS research and patient support programs, and to show love and support for a colleague who is dealing with ALS.
Faculty, staff and students who wish to participate should email Dr. Wallis Sanborn at wsanborn@ollusa.edu.
All donations will go to the John Paul II Medical Research Institute.
