The volleyball team fought hard to try to force a fifth set, but Trinity University prevailed to win the last game 32-30 and the match 3-1. The loss moves the Saints to 9-5 on the season, while NCAA Division III Trinity improves to 15-5. The Saints have played the Tigers many times in the past, and Trinity has won four matches, while OLLU has won three. Earlier this season, the Saints beat the Tigers in a scrimmage 2-1. Trinity is currently ranked 14th in the NCAA and has won 11 of its last 12 matches including four consecutive victories.
