Marketing and Communications releases web update and print request forms
To better serve the OLLU community and help ensure Marketing and Communications (M&C) delivers web and print projects in a timely manner, M&C will now be handling all web and print requests via an online form
- University website content updates
- Online surveys
- Online event registration
- E-cards/E-vites and other web related projects
Minor website content updates will be made within two business days from when the complete information is provided. Extensive web updates, e-cards, and online forms will be delivered in approximately 10 business days. Work on the project will not begin until all components are submitted.
Individual or offices requesting e-cards or e-vites are responsible for providing and maintaining an email distribution list for the project. M&C will not be responsible for maintaining or storing an email list. A new list will be required each time an e-card or e-vite will be sent out.

Note: Marketing and Communications does not maintain or update the myOLLU Portal.
- Printed forms
Once a request is submitted, a member from M&C will contact the individual/office making the request to discuss the details of the project and provide an estimated completion date. Work on the project will not begin until all components are submitted.
Individual or offices requesting a mailing are responsible for providing a clean distribution list for the project. M&C will not be responsible for maintaining or storing the mailing list. A new list will be required for each mailing.
