The No. 11 men’s basketball team’s unbeaten streak continues after defeating Jarvis Christian College (JCC) 76-64 on the road in a Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) game. With the win the Saints improve to 12-1 overall and 7-0 in conference. The Bulldogs fall to 4-8 overall and 2-5 in the RRAC. OLLU jumped out in front in the first period after knocking down 57 percent of its shots. JCC was only able to sink 10 field goals. The Bulldogs improved in the second half posting a better shooting percentage than the Saints at 35 percent, but it was not enough as the Saints held on to secure their seventh conference win. The Saints will return to action at home this evening when they welcome conference rival Huston-Tillotson University to Mabee Gymnasium. The game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
