Larry Ynman, director of the OLLU TRiO Program, recently participated in the U.S. Council on Opportunities in Education Policy Seminar in Washington, D.C. While there, he met with congressional representatives TX-20 and TX-35, districts in which OLLU is located and represented in the U.S. House of Representatives. He also met with Rep. Gwen Moore of Wisconsin, who chairs the TRiO Caucus in the United States Congress and was able to discuss important matters of relevance related not only to OLLU TRiO students, but TRiO students nationwide.
