Professor Khan presents at conference

Hamid Khan, EdD, PE, professor of Management, presented two peer-reviewed papers titled, “Self-awareness — a necessary precondition in progressing toward your transformational leadership,” and “Use of emotional intelligence in the application of authentic transformational, transactional, and servant leadership,” at the annual conference of the International Academy of Business Disciplines (IABD). These two papers are being evaluated for IABD-Journal publications.

He also “virtually” presented the peer-reviewed paper “Measuring significant learning outcomes using intensely sensitive ethics cases by ‘reaction learning behavior and results’ format,” to the Academy of Business Research (ABR) annual conference at New Orleans. This paper is published in the ABR proceedings and is also being evaluated for the Academy of Business Review journal.
