Mandatory Training for all OLLU employees must be completed by tomorrow, interim Title IX coordinator named

Due to the restructuring of the Office of Institutional Research, Liza Nagel, associate vice president for Academic Affairs, has been named as the interim Title IX Coordinator.

As announced by President Slater on March 25, the University has a new “Sexual Misconduct Policy and Grievance Procedure.” The University places special emphasis on its core values of community, integrity, trust, and service, and must ensure an educational experience free of sexual harassment, misconduct, violence or discrimination.

Given the serious nature of these issues, training sessions on University policies and procedures have been scheduled.

The final opportunity to attend training is tomorrow:

  • Tuesday May 5 – 9 a.m. – University Wellness and Activities Center, Room 104

There is no need to register, but attendees are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to sign in. Attendance will be monitored by the Human Resources Office and the President’s Council.
