The Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) released its 2014-2015 academic awards this week. OLLU registered the most student-athletes with GPAs of 3.0 and above in the conference. The 86 OLLU student-athletes recognized include 10 with a 4.0 GPA, 31 with GPAs between 3.5-3.99 and 45 with GPAs between 3.0 and 3.49.  In addition, of the 15 sports the Red River sponsors, baseball had the most scholar athletes, followed by women’s soccer, men’s soccer, volleyball, softball, women’s basketball, men’s basketball, women’s track and field, women’s cross-country, men’s track and field, women’s tennis, men’s golf, men’s cross-country, men’s tennis and women’s golf. Read full article online.
