The first of two employee benefits fairs will take place on Wednesday from 9 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m.-3 p.m. in Providence Hall, West Social Room. The second fair will take place on Sept. 2.
Annual benefits re-enrollment provides benefit-eligible employees the opportunity to start, change or end benefits which become effective Oct. 1, 2015, with the exception of medical and dependent care reimbursement plans which begin Sept. 1, 2015.
All employees are required to complete a 2015-2016 enrollment form and the supporting documents by the deadline listed below if making any changes or enrolling in medical or dependent care reimbursement plans. Also, any employee waiving the medical plan must complete the waiver of coverage form which is attached to the enrollment form.
Staff employee deadline is Aug. 5, 2015 by 4:30 pm.
Faculty deadline is Sept. 9, 2015 by 4:30 p.m.
Forms will not be accepted after deadline.
