New student refund policy

OLLU will no longer issue student refunds to a credit card account. All refunds will be through e-refund or a check sent to the student’s preferred mailing address as indicated in University records. If a mailed check is not received at the preferred address, there is a 10-business day waiting period before a replacement check can be issued.

The fastest and easiest refund method is e-refund. Students who have not signed up for e-refund can do so in the myOLLU portal:

  • Click the E-Commerce button
  • Accept the Financial Responsibility Policy
  • Select E-Refunds
  • Select Set Up Account
  • Select Account Type
  • Enter checking account information
  • Click Continue
  • Check Agree
  • Click Continue

You will receive a message stating that your information has been saved.

When e-refunds are disbursed, students will receive email notification.
