The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men’s basketball team locked the No. 13 ranking in the NAIA Division I Men’s Basketball Coaches’ Postseason Top 25 Poll after an Elite 8 appearance in the 2016 Buffalo-Funds-NAIA Division I Men’s Basketball National Championship, announced Wednesday by the national office.
The Saints went 2-1 at the national tournament defeating Freed-Hardeman University 87-81 in the first round and No. 1 seed Lewis-Clark State University 83-64 in the second round before falling 95-82 in the quarterfinals to MidAmerica Nazarene University. Read more.
