Students from the psychology department have made several recent accomplishments. They include:

  • Denise Vasquez, a master’s student in the School Psychology program, was selected for the 2016-2017 American Psychological Association Minority Fellowship Program Services for Transition Age Youth (STAY) fellowship. The fellowship is designed for students master’s programs in psychology whose training prepares them to provide mental health services to transition age youth (ages 16-25) and their families.
  • Ashlee Martinez, a PsyD student, was selected for The Center for Deployment Psychology 2016 Summer Institute: Preparing for a Military-Focused Career.
