An updated and improved myOLLU portal is scheduled to go live on May 25. Faculty, staff and students will see a new design, experience improved navigation and benefit from dedicated landing pages specifically for faculty, staff and students.
The SharePoint platform, on which the portal is built, is being upgraded, as well. This upgrade, required by the vendor Ellucian, provided the opportunity for some changes in portal functionality including new seamless integration with Blackboard. This integration will allow students easier access to course information, and faculty easier access to course sections and grades.
The new myOLLU portal also will feature responsive design making it easier to use on tablets and cell phones.
This is the first phase of improvements for the portal. Additional updates will be made throughout the summer.
