It was an epic weekend for the women’s soccer team. Earlier last week, the team tied the record for the most shots-on-goal with 29, and on Saturday, the Saints shattered the record for most shots taken with 58. The Saints went on to defeat Paul Quinn College 9-0 to improve to 8-2 overall. Brooke Cousins and Hayley Tiernay scored two goals each, while Pauline Fields, Victoria Castro, Amaris Tavares, Erica Robertson and Ruby Coronado scored one each.
