This past Saturday, OLLU switched from the Stromberg Time Clock system to the Web Time Entry (WTE) system. Hourly employees will no longer clock in and out using the Stromberg clock terminals.
Last Friday, a new icon was added to all University desktop computers enabling employees to enter their time in and out using the WTE system. If the icon has not been added to an employee’s computer, contact the Help Desk at 210-431-3908 to let them know that the time entry icon is missing and it needs to be installed on the desktop. Employees will need to provide their ID number and computer name (located in the upper right corner of the screen).
Those who are missing the icon on their desktop can access the WTE system by following this link until the icon has been installed, https://webadvisor2.ollusa.edu/WALIVE/WALIVE?TYPE=M&PID=CORE-WBMAIN&TOKENIDX=5485581802.
For those who missed the training, or would like a refresher, there will be support available on Monday, April 10, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. in Main Building, Room 209. Computers will be available for employees to enter their time with the assistance of a staff member.
Additionally, there is a WTE system tutorial on the myOLLU Portal. To access the tutorial:
- Log in to the myOLLU Portal
- Click on “Menu” in the upper left corner
- Click on “University Resources,” then on “University Resources Home,” then on “Disbursement Office”
Scroll down to “Web Time Entry Training” — there will be a manual and three videos
