The OLLU community is invited to attend “Finding Sanctuary in the Borderlands: Migration, Identity and Social Justice,” Oct. 6, 2017 in Providence Hall, West Social Room. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. Sessions will begin at 9 a.m.
This daylong symposium will feature a variety of speakers and sessions focusing on the politics of migration, identity and borders and the borderlands.
The event is free and open to the public.
Continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for human services professionals. Those interested in obtaining CEUs will pay a processing fee at the time of RSVP or during registration prior to the event.
