OLLU Emergency Alert System to be tested Thursday

Currently registered students, faculty and staff to receive voice, text and email messages

A test of OLLU Emergency Alert System will take place Thursday, Nov. 9. The Emergency Alert System can be used to send out voice, text and e-mail messages during an emergency. During the test of the Emergency Alert System, the message will clearly state that a test is taking place. During an actual emergency, the message will state the nature of the emergency and provide sources for additional information.

Voice and text messages will be sent to:

  • OLLU email addresses
  • Office phones
  • Home phone numbers
  • Cell phone numbers

Additional information about the system and directions for updating contact information are available at www.ollusa.edu/Alert.

Feedback about the test can be sent to ert@ollusa.edu.
