Kristina Terkun-Castro, PhD, assistant professor of economics, has been awarded the highly competitive Church Management Research Fellowship, sponsored by the Center for Church Management at Villanova University.  As part of the fellowship, Dr. Terkun-Castro will attend in-residence research sessions on campus at Villanova.

Dr. Terkun-Castro conducts research in the field of the economics of religion. At Villanova she will be mentored by two top researchers in the field.  In summary, her research proposal focuses on the impact of financial literacy among clergy members.
