Students are invited to attend the teaching kitchen session, “Meal Prep with Marcheta,” on Sept. 24, at 3 p.m., in the Lake View Apartments Amenities Center Kitchen.
The teaching kitchen session is sponsored by Chartwells, OLLU’s food service vendor. Marcheta Evans, PhD, provost and vice president for academic affairs, will conduct the session.
