Two-step verification implemented for changes made to payment and refund information
To ensure the security of student’s payment information, OLLU has implemented a two-step verification process within the E-Commerce system.
Effective Oct. 29, any student needing to update their user profile or refund profile will need to enroll in the two-step verification process in order to update their information.
Students will be prompted to add a backup method to verify their identity when attempting to make changes to their profile information. Once the backup method is added, students will be sent a numeric code to complete the enrollment. Once their identity is verified, they will be allowed to make changes to their profile information.
