Training for new evaluation system this week
The Human Resources Office will be providing training to all employees and supervisors on the newly developed 90-Day and Annual Staff Evaluation process through the Hirezon: Interview Exchange “Performance Review” module. All staff and supervisors will be required to use the module for the upcoming 2018-2019 evaluation period.
Employees are encouraged to attend one of the following sessions. All sessions will take place in Providence Hall, West Social Room:
- 12-1 p.m.
- 2:30-3:30 p.m.
- 10-11 a.m.
- 2-3 p.m.
- 11-12 p.m.
- 1:30-2:30 p.m.
All employees will receive an auto-generated email with the subject line “Hirezon-Interview Exchange Performance Review.” Upon receipt, employees should follow the link included in the email to complete the registration process to activate their account to gain access to Interview Exchange.
