Women’s basketball sets scoring record in victory against LSUA Generals

The OLLU women’s basketball team defeated LSU-Alexandria (LSUA) 136-104 on Saturday, setting the school scoring record. The 136 points scored by the Saints is the most scored in a single game in OLLU history for women’s basketball. The Saints broke the previous record of 131 points scored against University of the Southwest on Feb. 1. With the win, the Saints have clinched a share of the RRAC regular season title. No. 14-ranked OLLU improves to 22-5 overall and 14-1 in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC). LSUA falls to 14-8 overall and 11-4 in conference.
