Town Hall meeting with Dr. Melby today at 12:30 p.m.
Faculty and staff are invited to join Dr. Melby for a Town Hall meeting regarding the state of the university amid the COVID-19 situation. During the meeting, Dr. Melby and members of the Core Emergency Response Team will address as many questions as they are able from employees.
The meeting will take place today from 12:30-1:30 p.m., in Providence Hall, West Social Room (PWSR). This meeting replaces the Campus Conversation that was previously scheduled during this time.
Due to social distancing guidelines, there will be nine spaces available in PWSR. Employees are strongly encouraged to join the meeting via the WebEx link below. There will also be Spanish translation of the meeting available in Providence Hall, Blue Room with 12 spaces available and Main Building, Room 311, with 16 spaces available.

Employees using browsers may be prompted to install the WebEx client if this is the first time they have used the system on their computer. Employees using mobile Apple or Android devices should download the WebEx app from the respective Google or Apple app store before the meeting begins.
Employees have the option of connecting their audio using a dial-in phone number instead of computer audio. The same goes for employees who do not have access to the Internet. While the meeting info says the meeting starts at 11:30 a.m., the meeting will not begin until 12:30 p.m. Employees should join the meeting between 11:30 a.m.-noon to perform testing. Employee’s will be muted and. Questions will be accepted via the chat feature.
