All Access Program Book Pick-Up to run Aug. 13-15

Undergraduates may begin picking up their books at Thiry Auditorium on Thursday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. The OLLU All Access Program Book Pick-Up will continue on Friday from noon until 8 p.m. and end on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Students are to enter campus from Commerce Street and park in lots D-1 or D-2.

Books may be picked up at Thiry Auditorium by entering through the right-side, handicap accessible entrance. Signs will be posted for directions and to remind students to practice social distancing.

After Aug. 15, books can be picked up in the Bookstore.

Undergraduate students who have all online courses or live outside the San Antonio area will receive their books through the mail. Undergraduate students on the Houston and Rio Grande Valley campuses also will have books mailed to them. Digital materials will be available through Blackboard, the university’s learning management system.

Students need to make sure their address is updated in the OLLU system. Addresses may be verified on record through Self-Service in the myOLLU portal . Select “User Option” and “About You” in the left hand navigation. If addresses need updating, email registrars@ollusa.edu.
