Holiday payroll reminder for bi-weekly employees
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday schedule, bi-weekly employees will be paid on Wednesday, Nov. 25, for the pay period Nov. 7-20.
All employees are reminded to submit and approve timecards prior to Thanksgiving break if not working on the weekend of Nov. 21 and 22.
Employees are also reminded to input their holiday hours for Nov. 25, 26 and 27.
The deadline for supervisors to review and approve timecards will be moved to 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 23. This will allow the Payroll Office to complete processing timely for the Nov. 25 bi-weekly pay date.
